Privacy and service standardsWe acknowledge we will comply with the Standards of Service as set by the Insurance Council of Australia and we warrant that we will conduct investigations only through lawful means and consistent with ICA "General Insurance code of Practice and the Privacy Act". In this regard, the major Key Result Area (KRA) in our Mission Statement reflects the partners’ desire to provide a professional, cost effective investigative service to our Insurer client base within the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations. We have developed our own ‘Code of Practice’ which is observed by our Investigators, in line with Insurance Council of Australia General Code. Each of the partners and contractors are required to adhere to the standards of professionalism, service delivery, secrecy, dress code and behaviour set in the Code. For more information on our policies, please contact us. Training and development Our investigators are trained in the appropriate fields to conduct each investigation. When required training is in line with Nationally Recognised Training modules. We have a good understanding of "industry ticket" requirements and licensing requirements generally. All investigators are required to attend a course to obtain their "Green Card" in line with new Government guidelines for entry onto any building site. |
